BY-LAW NUMBER
A By-law of the Corporation of The
Township of Picketing to appoint a
Warble-Fly Inspector for th~ year
1968, and to repeal By-law ~3433.
W~EREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Township
of Picketing passed By-law Number 1942, whereby the Township is
now under the Warble-Fly Act;
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Municipal Council of
The Corporation of the Township of Picketing that:
1. Lloyd Pascoe be and he is hereby appointed Warble-Fly
Control Inspector for the Township of Picketing.
2. The said Warble-Fly Control Inspector shall comply
with the regulations of the Warble-Fly Act, collect all fees and
pay same over to the Township Treasurer as collected.
3. That an honorarium of $200.00 be paid to the said
Lloyd Pascoe, while acting as Warble-Fly Inspector in addition
to his regular rate of pay.
4. AND THAT By-law Number 3433 be and the same is hereby
repealed.
READ a FIRST, SECOND and THIRD time and PASSED in open Council
