annex~ be and the s~ are hereby d~icated as
public highway.

red and referre~ to as Sch~ule "B" is attached
hereto an~ shall fo~ ~rt of this By-law.

ALL AND S~N(I%IL~R that certain parcel or tract of land
and premises, situate, lying and being in the Township
of Picketing, in the County of Ontario, and Province
of Ontario, containing by admeasurement One and two
hundred and eighteen one-thousandths acres (1.218 Acs.)
be the same more or less. and being composed of Part
of Lot 19, Range 3, Broken Front Concession, in the said
township, and which said parcel of land may be ~ore
particularly described as follows:
PR~ISXNG the bearing of the Easterly limit of Lot 19,
also being the Westerly limit of the road allowance
between Lots 18 and 19, also known as Stock Road,
assumed to be North Seventeen degrees nine mAnntes West
(N 17o09'00'~W), and relating all bearings herein thereto;
COMMENCING at the South-east corner of Lot 19, Range 3,
Broken Front Concession;
THENCE North Seventeen degrees nine minutes West
(N17°09'00"W) along the Easterly limit of said Lot 19,
One thousand nine hundred and sixty-four and thirty-
two onehundredths feet (1964.32') to a survey monument
the=ein;
TH~CE South Seventy-two degrees eighteen minutes forty
seconds West (S?2°lS'40'T;), Twenty-seven feet (27.00~)
to a survey monument in a line drawn parallel to the
said Easterly limit of LOt 19 and distant Twenty-seven
feet (27.00') ~easured Westerly at right angles there-
from;
T~ENCE South Seventeen degrees nine minutes East
(S17°09'00"E) along the said parallel line, One thousand
nine hundred and sixty-four and thirty-one one-hundredths
feet (1964.31') to a survey monument at its intersection
with the Southerly limit of said Lot 19;
THENCE North Seventy-two degrees twenty minutes East
(N?2°20'00"E) along the said Southerly limit of Lot 19,
Twenty-seven feet (27.00') to the point of cc~nence~ent.
