WHEREAS the lands herein a~e owned by The Corpor- ation of %he Township of Pickling and it is deemed expedient to dedicate the said lands as a public highway. NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL CF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1. That the lands described in Schedule "~' hereto annexed be and the sam~ are hereby dedicated as a public highway. READ a First, Second and Third time and passed in open Council ~his rf-~ day of ~A~ A.D. 1968.
