WHEREAS the lands herein a~e owned by The Corpor- ation of %he Township of Pickling and it is deemed expedient to dedicate the said lands as a public highway. NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL CF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1. That the lands described in Schedule "~' hereto annexed be and the sam~ are hereby dedicated as a public highway. READ a First, Second and Third time and passed in open Council ~his rf-~ day of ~A~ A.D. 1968. SDHED.ULE "A" ALL A~I) SINGULAR those certain parcels or tracts of land and premises situate, lying and being in the Township of Picketing in the County of Ontario, and being composed of: FIRSTLY: That pa~t of Lot 32 in the First Concession of the said Township designated as PART 1 on a plan registered in the Registry Office for the County of Ontario as No. 109 Expropriation, excepting the r err om ALL A~D SIN3ULAR that certain parcel or tract of land and premises situate, lying and being in the Township cf Picketing, in the County of Ontario, and Province of Ontario,containing by admeasurement 0.019 acre be the same more or less, and being composed of part of Lot 32 in the First Concession of the said Township, being part of PART 1 as shown on a plan registered in the Registry Office for the County of Ontario as Plan 109 Expropriation~ and which said parcel of land may be more partic- ularly described as follows: PREMISING the bearing of the southerly limit of Lot 32, Concession 1, assumed to be North 72 degrees 33 minutes 40 seconds East and relating all bearings herein thereto; COMMENCIN3 at a point in the easterly limit of Lot 32, Concession 1, distant 17 fee~ measured No~th 17 degrees 59 minutes 20 seconds West along the said easterly limit of Lot 32 from the south-east corner thereof, said point of commencement also being the north-easterly corner cf PART 1, Plan 109 Expropriation; THENCE South 79 degrees 02 minutes 40 seconds West along the northerly limit of said PART 1 a distance of 120.77 feet to a point thezein~ THENCE South 17 degrees 26 minutes 20 seconds East 13.64 feet to a point in a line drawn parallel to the southerly limit of said Lot 32, and distant 17 feet measured northerly at righ~ angles t herefrom~ THENC~ North 72 degrees 33 minutes 40 seconds East along the said parallel line 120 feet to the POINT CF COb~NCEMEN~.
