Being a By-law to authorize the
execution of an agreement to appoint
the Ontario Humane Society as
Poundkeeper and Animal Control Warden.
WHEREAS by Resolution of Council of the Corporation of
the Township of Picketing #67/68 dated March 11, 1968, it was
provided that the Corporation enter into an Agreement with
The Ontario Humane Society;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY ENACTED:
1. That the Reeve and Clerk be authorized to execute the
agreement dated the /~$ day of~qa, 1968 between the
Corporation of the Township of Picketing and The Ontario Humane
Society.
READ a FIRST, SECOND and THIRD time and PASSED in open Council
