Being a By-law to authorize the
execution of an agreement between
the Corporation of the Township of
Picketing and various separate and
public school boards with regard
to residential lot fee.
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Township of Pickering by
By-Law 3162 authorizes the Reeve and Clerk to execute certain
agreements between the Corporation of the Township of Picketing
and various Separate and Public School Boards;
AND WHEREAS the said agreements have been amended to
include the application of the residential lot fee to provide for
the repayment of the principal sum of capital debt but not
servicing a current capital debt;
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED that the Reeve and Clerk are
hereby authorized to execute the said revised agreementS between
the Corporation of the Township of Picketing and the following
Separate and Public School Boards;
The Public School Board, Township of Pickering $ 9,500.00
School Area #1, Greenwood, Ontario.
The Public School Board of the Township School 22,500.00
Area of Picketing, Township Area #2
Rosebank Road School, R.R.~3, Picketing, Ontario.
The Urban Board of the Village of Picketing 1,000.00
Public Schools, Box 171, Picketing, Ontario.
St. Francis De Sales Separate School Board 500.00
Picketing Village P.O., Ontario.
St. Mary's Separate School Board, 500.00
Rouge Hills, West Hill P.O., Ontario.
