ship of Pickerlng to name the public road
allowances within the boundaries of the
Township of Picketing.
~HEREAS R. S. O. 1960, Chapter 2q9, Section 379 (1),
ub-section 95 provides authority for a M~nicipality
to na~e the streets within its boundaries°
AND WHEREAS Council, by resolution # 324/67 dated
October 16th, 1967, directed that a street naminE
by-law be prepared,
AND WHEREAS it is desirable to eliminate the dup--
lication of street names within the Tc4~nship of
P. ickerinE,
AND WHEREAS certain streets within the Township
have not been' named by by-law~
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED that the streets as named
in Schedule "A" and shown on Schedule "B" to this
by-law~ be named as indicated thereon.
This by-law shall become effective ~~and
all persons directly affected by this change be so
notified.
