Being a By-law to authorize the
execution of a Notice from the
Corporation of the Township of
Pickerin§ to Mlddlebridge Developments
Limited, dated February 6, 1968.
WHEREAS Middlebrid§e Development~failed to carry out
the conditions as set out in an Agreement of Purchase and Sale
dated August 17, 1966;
AND WHEREAS the date for meeting the conditions as
set out in the Agreement of Purchase and Sale has expired;
AND~ENEAS the Corporation of the Township of Pickering
wishes to exercise its option to repurchase lands sold to
Middlebridge Developments;
NOW T~Po~FORE BE IT ENACTED AND IT IS P~E~EBY ENACTED:
1. That the Corporation of the Township of Picketing
exercise its option to repurchase said lands as
provided for in an Agreement of Purchase and Sale
between George Vysick and the Corporation of the
Township of Picketing, dated the l?th day of August,
1966.
2. That the Reeve a~d Clerk be authorized to execute a
Notice from the Corporation of the Township of
Pickerlng to Middlebridge Developments Ltd. dated
February6th, 1968.
