A By-law of the Corporation of The
Township of Picketing to Appoint
a Warble-Fly Inspector for the year
1968.
WHEREAS the Council of The Corporation of the Township
of Pickering passed By-Law Number 1942, whereby the Township is
now under the Warble-Fly Act:
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Municipal Council of
The Corporation of the Township of Pickering that:
1. Lloyd Pascoe be and he is hereby appointed Warble-
Fly Control Inspector for the Township Of Picketing.
2. The said Warble-Fly Control Inspector shall comply
with the regulations of the Warble-Fly Act, collect all fees and
pay same over to the Township Treasurer as collected.
3. The salary of the said Lloyd Pascoe, while acting as
Warble-Fly Inspector, shall be at his regular rate.
4. AND THAT By-law Number 3231 be and the same is hereby
repealed.
