foot Reserve on the north side
of Fanfare Avenue as a public

Wt-~RF~AS the Corporation of the Township of Picketing
is the owner of the one foot Reserve on the north side of
FaD-fare Avenue opposite Blocks E. and F according to a Plan
filed in the Office of Land Titles at Whitby as No. ii36;
AND W~.REAS ?~?allpaks Developments Limited has re-
quested that the said one foot Reserve be dedicated as a
public highway;
AIID W~EEAS the Council of the Township, by its
resolution No. 362-67, approved the dedication of the said one
foot Reserve upon certain conditions bei~ fulfilled and the
said conditions have now been fu~illed;
NOW IU~FORE
OF PICKERING enacts as follows:
1. The one foot Reserve on the north side of Fa~are
Avenue opposite Blocks E and F according to a Plan filed in
the Office of Land Titles at ~itby as No. ~'.l 36 is hereby
dedicated as a public highway.
R~D a first, Second and Third time and passed in
open Council this ~ day of ~ , A.D. 19 .
