Lot 19, Range 3, Broken Front
Concession as a public highway.
WHEREAS the lands herein are owned by the Corporation
of the Township of Picketing and it is deemed expedient to
dedicate the said lands as a public highway.
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the lands described in Schedule "A" hereto
annexed be and the same are hereby dedicated as a
public highway.
READ a FIRST, SECOND and ~RD time and PASSED in open Council
Clerk
SCHEDULE "A" By-Law
All and Singular that certain parcel or tract of land and
premises situate lying and being in the Township of Pickering,
in the County of Ontario, Province of Ontario, containing by
admeasurement 0.395 acre more or less, and being composed of
part of Lob 19, in the third Range in the Broken Front Con-
cession of the said Township, the said parcel being more
particularly described as follows:
PREMISING that the easterly limit of the said Lot 19 has a
bearing of North 17oo9'10'' West, and relating all bearings
herein thereto, then
COMMENCING at a point in the said easterly limit of Lot 19,
distant southerly therealong seventeen feet (17.O') from the
north-east angle thereof;
THENCE South 17oo9'10" East, along the said easterly limit of
Lot 19, a distance of three hundred and twelve decimal nine
three feet (312.93') more or less to an iron bar planted;
THENCE North 36o30'50" West, a distance of three hundred and
thirty-one decimal eight one feet (331.81') more or less to
the southerly limit of Base Line Road, as widened by instrument
number 56761 (PICKERING)
THENCE North 72o38'10" East, along the said widened limit a
distance of twenty-six decimal five seven feet (26.57') more
or less to an angle therein;
THENCE North 72o59'30" East, continuing along the said widened
limit, a distance of eighty-three decimal four three feet
(83.43') more or less to the POINT OF COMMENCEMENT.
