A By-law of the Corporation of the Township
of Picketing to appoint a head of the
Department of By-lawEnforcement.
WHEREAS the Municipal Council of the Township of
Pickering by Resolution Number 226/67, passed on July 4~
1967, approved the employment of Robert F.Craig as By
Enforcement Officer;
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Municipal Council
of the Township of Picketing THAT
1. Robert F. Craig be appointed to the office of
Head of the Department of By-law Enforcement,
and that his duties shall be those set out in
By-law Number 2886.
2. THAT the salary of the said Head of the Department
of By-law Enforcement shall be Six Thousand, Six
Hundred Dollars {$6,600.00) per annum subject to
annual adjustments.
~ 3. THAT Robert F. Craig commence his duties as of
July 12, 1967.
By-Law read a FIRST and SECOND time this ~' ~day of November, 1967.
By-Law read a THIRD time and PASSED this ~ J~ day of November, 1967.
Reeve
