BEING A BY-LAW TO A~ND BY-LAW NUMBER 25k1~ as amended;
WHEREAS the Council of The Corporation of the Township of
Pickerin~ deems it desirable to amend the provisions of
By-law Number 2511, as amended;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Township
of Picketing ENACTS AS POLLOWS:
A. TEXT AMENDMENTS
1. That Section 16 be amended by adding thereto
Section 16.3 as follows:
16.3 EXE~PTION
16.3.1 Part Lot 20~ Range 3
Notwithstandin~ the.provisions of Section
16.1.3, the followinz property may he used
for the purpose of an alum!nium manufacturin~
operatlon,,inolud~n~ an aluminium rollin~
mS11 a[,d allied operations. No outside
s~orage shall be permitted.
All 8nd Singular that certain parcel or tract
of land and premises situate~ lyin~ and being
in the Township of Pickerinz~ County of Ontario~
Province of Ontario~ and being co.Dosed of
Part of Lot 20 in Range III of the said Township~
the said parcel or tract bein~ more particularly
described as follows:
PremisinK that the westerly limit of the said
Lot 20 has a bearin~ of North 17 degrees 08
minutes 50 seconds West~ and relating all
bearings herein thereto~ then
Commencing at a standard iron bar marking the
southwesterly ~ngle of Part IX according to a
Plan filed at the office of Land Titles for the
County of Ontario as Number WH-82~ the said
POINT OF COMMENCEMENT being distant southerly
in the westerly li~tt of the said Lot 20 five
hundred and ninety-five feet (59~.00') more or
less from the north-westerly angle of the said
Lot 20;
Thence southerly alone the westerly limit of the
said Lot 20, a distance of two thousand five
hundred and fifteen feet (2,515.00') more or less
to an iron bar planted;
Thence North 72 degrees ~0 minutes 50 seconds East,
a distance of nine hundred and eighty-one feet
(981.00') more or less to an iron bar planted
in the westerly limit of lands owned by the
Ontsrio Hydro-Electric Power Commission;

West along the westerly limit of the last
mentioned lands~ a distance of one thousand
seven hundred feet (1,700.00') more or less
to an iron bar planted in the southerly limit
of Cart II according to the aforementioned
Plan WR-82;
Theuce North l? degrees 58 minutes 50 seconds
West along the westerly limit of the last
mentioned landsj a distance of eight hundred
and fourteen decimal eight seven feet (814.87')
more or less to an iron bar planted in the
southerly limit of Part IV according to the
aforementioned Plan WR-82;
Thence South 72 degrees 41 minutes 30 seconds
We~t alone the last mentioned limit and the
southerly limit of Parts IVj VIII and IX, in
all a distance of nine hundred and forty decimal
seventy-nine feet (940.79') more or less to the
POINT OF CO~ENCEMENT~ the said parcel containing
by admeasurement fifty-five decimal forty-three
(55.43) acres more or less.
B. That By-law Number 2511 be and the same is hereby amended
only to the extent necessary to give effect to the
Drovisions of this By-law.
C. No part of this By-law shall come into force without the
approval of the Ontario Municipal Board, but subject to
such approval~ the By-law shall take effect from the day
of passing thereof~
