Being a By-law to authorize the
execution of an Assignment of an
Agreement between the Corporation
of the Township of Pickering and
Frank Berm dated the loth day of
~pril, 1967.
WHEi~AS the Corporation of the Township of Pickerin~
has by Resolution ~:283/67 agreed to the Assignment of a License
Agreement between Frank Benn and the Township of Picketing:
Frank Benn as Assignor to Donald B. Milne as Assignee,
said License Agreement permits the Licensee to use the land as
set out in the License Agreement dated the 10th day of April,
1967, between the Corporation of the Township of Picketing and
the said Frank Berm together with all rights and obligations
thereto and the Corporation of the Township of Pickering hereby
consents to the Assignment by the Assignor to the Assignee of
the said License.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ENACTED AND IT IS H~iEBY ENACTED:
~ 1. That the Reeve and Clerk be authorized to execute
the Assignment of a License Agreement made between
the Corporation o£ the Township of Pickering and
Frank Benn dated the 10th day of April, 1967, to
Donald B. PIilne.
