A By-law to repeal By-law Number 2900
of The Corporation of the Township of
Picketing.
WHEREAS the Council of The Corporation of the
Township of Picketing on the 19th day of April, 1965 pas-
sed By-law Number 2900 to authorize the issue of Debentures
in the principal amount of $225,000 to pay part of the cost of the
building of a new Municipal Building on Lot 18, Concession
1 of the said Township~
AND WHEREAS no Debentures have been issued under
the authority of the said By-law~
A~YD WHEREAS it now appears advisable to provide
for the issue of Debentures for the said purpose under
other By-laws:
NOW THEREFORE the Council of The Corporation of the Town-
ship of Pickering enacts as follows:
1. THAT By-law Number 2900 of The Corporation of
the Township of Picketing passed on the 19th day of April~
1965 be amd the same is hereby repealed.
READ a first, second and third time and passed this /~ ~'
