WHEREAS the lands herein a~e owned by The
Corporation of the Tov;nship of Picketing and it is
deemed expedient to dedicate the said lands as a
public highway.
NOW THEREFORE TI~E COUNCIL OF THE COI~PORATION
OF THE TC~NSHIP OF PICI~RIbI3 E~ACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the lands described in Schedule "~'
hereto annexed be and the same are he,by dedicated
as a public high,ray.
READ a First, Second and Third time and passed
in open Council this /~ day of ~'gV; Ao~ 1967.

ALL AhD SINGULAR that certain paxcel ox tract of land
and premises situate lying and being in the Township
of Picketing, County of Ontario and Province of Ontario,
and being composed of part of Lot 19, Range III, Broken
Front Concession for the said Townsbip~ containing by
admeasu~ement .946 acres, being the same more or less,
which said parcel of lard is more part iculaI].y described
as follows:
PREMISING that the easter ly limit of the said Lot 19 has
a bearing of North 17 degrees 09 minutes 00 seconds West
and relating all bea~ings used herein thereto;
COM~4E~ING at a point in the eastexly limit of the said
Lot 19, being distant 3~127,79 feet measured southerly
the~ealong from the no~th-east corne~ of the said Lot;
T}~NCE southerly along the easterly limit of the said Lot
19~ a distance of 1,526.27 feet more or less to a point
in a post and wire fence running westerly;
T~ENCE South 72 degrees 18 minutes 40 seconds West along
the said post and wire fence 2?.00 feet;
T~N~ North 17 degrees 09 minutes 00 seconds West
parallel to the easterly limit of the said Lot 19 a
distance of 1,525.89 feet mo~e or less %o a point in a
