in Range 3 as a public highway.
WHEREAS the lands hezein are owned by The
Co~poraTion of the Township of PicKing and iT is
deemed expedient To dedicate the said lands as a public
high~ay.
NO~; THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION
OF THE TC~NSHIP OF PIC~ERING ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
'-~ 1. That the lands described in Schedule "A"
hereto annexed be and The same a~e hereby dedicated
as a public highway.

ALL A~D SINGULAR that certain p~rcel or tract of land and
premises situate, lying and being in the Township of Picketing
in the County of Ontario and Province of Ontario, being composed
of part of Lot 19 in Range 3, Broken Front Concession, of the
said Township and whioh said parcel may be better known and more
particularly described as follows:
COMmeNCING at a point in a straight line joining a point in the
easterly limit of said Lot 19 at a distance of 2411.21 feet
measured southerly therealong from the north-easterly angle of
said Lot 19 to a point in the easterly limit of the lands owned
by the Hydro-Electric Power Commission of Ontario at a distance of
989.24 feet measured southerly therealong from a standard iron
bar planted at the angle in the s~ easterly limit of the afore-
said lands of th6, }Iydro-ElectrJc Power Commission of OnTario,
said standard iron bar at said angle being distant 1092.99 feet
more or less measured southerly along said easterly limit of said
lands of the Hydro-Electric Power Commission of Ontario from the
north-easterly angle of said lands owned by the Hydro-Electric
Power Commission of On,to in said Lot 19~ said point of
commencement in said straight line being distant 2/.00 feet
measured westerly therealomg from said point in the easterly
limit of said Lot 19.
THENC~E South 17 degrees 9 minutes 10 seconds East parallel to the
east limit of the said Lot 19 717.34 feet to a point;
THENCE North ?1 degrees 31 minutes 30 seconds East 27.O1 feet
to a standard iron b~r planted in the south-east limit of the
said Lot 19.
T~FENCE North 17 degrees 9 minutes 10 seconds West along the
east limit of the said Lot 19 716.~ feet to a point;
THENCE South 72 degrees 37 minutes 40 seconds East 27.00 feet
more oz less to the POINT OF COMMENCF~NT.
