in Concession 3 as a public highway.
WHEREAS the lands hezein axe owned by The
Corporation of ~he Township of PicKing and i~ is
deemed expedient Go dedicate ~he said lands as a
public highway.
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION
OF THE TOWb~HIP OF PICKERINS ENACTS AS FOLLO~:
1. Tha~ ~he la~ds described in Schedule "A"
hereto annexed be and ~he same axe hereby dedicated
as a public highway.

ALL ASD SINSUL~R that certain parcel ox t/act of land
and premises situate lying and being in the Township
of Picketing, in the County of Ontario and being
composed of part of Lot 31, in the Third Concession of
the said Township of Picketing, which said parcel or
tract of land may be more particularly described as
follows:

an astronomic bearing of North 74 degrees Bast and
