being a By-law to dedicate paxt of Lot 22
in Concession 2 as a public highway.
W~REAS the lands hemin aze owned by The
Cozpozation of the Township of Pickezing and it is
deemed expedient to dedicate the said lands as a
public highway.
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION
OF THE TONNSHIP OF PICKERING ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
~ 1. That the lands descx ibed in Schedule "A"
~ hezeto anr~xed be and the same aze hezeby dedicated
- as a public highway.
READ a Fixst, Second and Thixd time and passed
in open Council this ~ day of~-e-~'~, A.D. 1967.
SCHEDULE ~'A"
ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land
and premises situate, lying and bein9 in the Township
of Picketing, County of Ontario and Province of Ontario,
and containing by admeasuzement an area of 0.156 acres
be the same more or less ard being composed of part of
Lot 22 in Concession 2 in the said Township of Picker lng,
the limits of which said parcel of lami may be more
particularly described as follows:
PREM/~ING that the West limit of the said Lot 22 in
Concession 2 has an assumed bearing of North 17 degrees
28 minutes 30 seconds West in accordance with the Hydro-
Electric Power Commission of Ontario Plan of Survey
Number P-14-87-9 ~nd relating all bearings herein thereto;
CO~NCING at a survey monument in the westerly limit of
the said Lo~ 22 distant 1977.08 feet measured northerly
thereon from the survey monument found marking the south-
westerly angle thereof;
THENCE North 17 degrees 28 minutes 30 seconds West along
the said westerly limit of Lot 22 a distance of 679.48 feet
to a survey monument;
THENCE North 72 degrees 54 minutes 20 seconds East 10.00 feet;
THENCE South 17 degrees 28 minutes 30 seconds East along a
line drawn parallel to the sari westerly limit of Lot 22 and
distant 10.00 feet measured easterly therefrom and at right
angles thereto, 679,45 feet~
THENCE South 72 degrees 42 minutes 45 seconds West 10.00
feet to the POINT OF CO~NCE~NT.
