Being a By-law to dedicate part of Lot 35,
Concession i as a public highway.
WHEREAS the lands herein are owned by The
Corporation of the Township of Picketing and it is
deemed expedient to dedicate the said lands as a
public highway.
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION
OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the lands described in Schedule "A"
hereto annexed be and the same are hereby dedicated as
a public highway.

SCHEDULE "A" By-Law
ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of
land and premises situate lying and being in the Township
of Picketing and County of Ontario and being composed of
part of Lot 35 in the First Concession for the said Township,
which said parcel may be more particularly described as follows:
PREMISING that the bearing of the north limit of the
said Lot 35, Concession 1 is North seventy-three degrees, thirteen
minutes twenty seconds East (N 73°, 13' 20" E) and relating all
bearings used herein thereto;
COMMENCING at a point in the said North limit of Lot 35,
distant easterly therein one hundred and ninety-nine and forty-six
one-hundredths feet (199.46') from the northwest angle thereof;
THENCE North seventy-three degrees, thirteen minutes,
twenty seconds east (N 73°, 13', 20"E) along the said north limit
a distance of five hundred and eighteen and thirty-six one-
hundredths feet (518.36').
THENCE South seventeen degrees, six minutes, east
(S 17°, 06', 00" E) to a point of intersection with a line drawn
parallel to the said north limit and distant southerly therefrom
seventeen feet (17.00') measured at right angles thereto, a
distance of seventeen feet (17.00') more or less.
THENCE South seventy-three degrees, thirteen minutes,
twenty seconds west (S 73o, 13', 20" W) along the said parallel
line a distance of five hundred and eighteen and twenty-seven
one-hundredths feet (518.27');
THENCE North seventeen degrees, twenty-four minutes,
forty seconds west (N 17°, 24', 40" W) a distance of seventeen
feet (17.00') more or less to the point of commencement.
