WHEREAS The Corporation of the Township of Pickering is the owner of the lands herein described, being lands acquired for the widening of a public road; AND WHEREAS it is deemed necessary to dedicate the said lands as a public highway. NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING enacts as follows: 1. That the following lands, namely ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land and premises situate lying and being in the Township of Picketing, in the County of Ontario, and being composed of that part of Lot ll in the Second Concession of the said Township, which said parcel is more particularly described as follows: PREMISING THAT the bearing of the east limit of the said Lot ll is North 17 degrees 06 minutes West and relating all bearings used herein thereto; CO~ENCING at a point in the east limit of the said Lot ll distant northerly therein 3256.62 feet from the south-east angle of the said Lot 11, the said Point of Commencement being in line with a fence marking the existing limit between the north and south halves of the said Lot 11; THENCE SOUTH 17 degrees 06 minutes East along said east limit of Lot 11, a distance of 300.0 feet; THENCE SOUTH 72 degrees 52 minutes 30 seconds West to a point of intersection with a line drawn parallel to the said east limit and distant westerly therefrom lO.O feet measured at right angles thereto, a distance of lO.O feet more or less; THENCE NORTH 17 degrees 06 minutes West along said parallel line to a point in the fence marking the existing limit between the north and south halves of the said Lot ll, a distance of 300.0 feet; THENCE NORTH 72 degrees 52 minutes 30 seconds East along said fence a distance of 10.O feet more or less to the point of commencement.
