BY-LAW NUMBER ~ ¢~
Being a By-law to authorize the execution of
the Agreements between the Corporation of the
Township of Picketing and certain property
owners whose land is required for road widening.
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Township of Picketing
requires land as set out in expropriation Plan 109, Parts 1, 2,
3 and 4registered in Registry Office July 5, 1967 for road
widening;
AND WHEREAS the Roads Committee have recommended to
Council that these Agreements be accepted by Council;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the
Township of Picketing enacts as follows:
THAT the Reeve and Clerk be authorized to execute
the Agreement of Purchase made between the Corporation of the
Township of Picketing and --
Anthony and Evangeline Edna Kormos
Willis and Edith Wiseman
Michael and Irene Willoughby
READ A FIRST, SECOND and THIRD time and passed in open Council
