A By-Law of the Corporation of the
Township of Pickering to authorize
the signing of an agreement grant-
ing possession of and compensation
for certain lands required by the
Minister of Highways
WHEREAS the Minister of Highways has indicated his intent to
expropriate the one foot strip of sideline 2-3 in Concession 1
closed by by-law 2213;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Township of
Pickering is satisfied with the use to which the Minister
intends to put this land and are prepared to sell it;
BE IT THEREFORE E~ACTED by the Municipal Council of the Township
of Pickering that the Reeve and the Clerk be and they are hereby
authorized to sign an agreement as to compensation and possession
for lands reqUired by the Minister of Highways as shown on
Department of Highways Plan $ P-2310-99 dated February 24/67.
