WHEREAS the Council of The Corporation of the Township of
Pickering deems it desirable to ~mend the provisions of By-law
Nu~er 3036, a~ amended;
NOW TMF~FORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Township
of Picketing ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
A. TEXT AMENDMENTS
1. That new Section 7.5.4 be added as follows:
7.5.4 Part Lot 1, Range III
Notwithstanding the provisions of Section
7.1, the following property may be used
for the erection and operation of a radio
broadcast transmitter station, in accordance
with the provisions of Section 7.2.l.
All and Singular that certain parcel or
tract of land and premises situate, lying
and being in the Township of Pickeri~,
the County and Province of Ontario, 5eing
composed of part of Lot 1, Range III in
the said Township, said parcel beiBg more
particularly described as follows:
The Westerly 528 feet of the Southerly
825 feet of Lot 1, Range III.
B. That By-law Number 3036 be and the same is hereby repealed
and amended only to the extent necessary to give effect
to the provisions of this By-law.
C. No part of this By-law shall come into force without the
approval of the Ontario Municipal Board, but subject to
such approval, the By-law shall take effect fro~ the day
of passing thereof.
