Township of Pickering to repeal By-
Law Number 1562 governing the removal
of dead trees from public property
WHEREAS it is no longer deemed necessary to regulate the
removal of dead trees by By-law inasmuch as such removal falls
within the jurisdiction of the Township Roads Department;
BE IT THEREFOP. E ENACTED that By-law Number 1562 is hereby
repealed.
