Being a By-law to authorize the execution
of an Agreement between the Corporation of
the Township of Picketing and Mrs. Mary B.
Tremblay, dated the 24th day of July, 1967
W~EREAS The Corporation of the Township of Pickering
deems it necessary and expedient to establish a motor vehicle
pound and towing service in connection therewith to service
that part of the Township of Pickering within the jurisdiction
of the Pickering Township Police Force;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ENACTED AND IT IS HEREBY ENACTED:
1. That the Reeve and Clerk be authorized to execute
an Agreement made between the Corporation of the Township
of Pickering and Mrs. Mary B. Tremblay dated the 24th day of
July, 1967.
