A By-law to authorize execution
of an Agreement of Lease dated
the 2~th day of February, 1967.
~HEREAS Frenchman's Bay Yacht Club Incorporated
has entered into an Agreement with the Corporation
of the Township of Picketing to lease Part of Block
'S' of Plan M-19 of the Township of Picketing,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY ENACTED
1. That the Reeve and Clerk be authorized to
execute an Offer to Lease made between the
Corporation of the Township of Picketing
and Frenchman's Bay Yacht Club Incorporated~
dated tile 2~th day of February, 1967.
