A By-law to authorize execution
of an Agreement of Offer of
Services dated the ~th day of
July, 1967.
WHEREAS Municipal Planning Consultants Company
Limited has entered into an Agreement with the Corpora-
tion of the Township of Pickering to prepare an amend-
ment to the Official Plan of the Township of Picketing
Planning Area;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT AND IT IS H~E~Y ENACTED
that the Reeve and Clerk be authorized to execute an
Offer of Services made between the Corporation of the
Township of Picketing and Municipal Planning Consultants
Company Limited dated the ~th day of July, 1967.
Read a first, second and third time and passed in
