A By-Law of the Corporation of the Township
of Pickering to authorize the execution of
an Offer to Purchase by Keith Stewart Realty
Limited, a trustee for a Company to be
incorporated.
WHE~[EAS the lands affected by this By-law are no longer
required for ~iunicipal purposes;
AND WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to sell same as
hereinafter authorized;
NO~ THEREFORE BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY ENACTED that the
Reeve and Clerk be authorized to execute an Agreement of
Purchase and Sale dated the 15th day of May, 1967, between the
Corporation of the Township of Picketing and Keith Stewart
Realty Limited, Trustee, for a Company to be incorporated,
in the matter of lands being composed of part of Lot 22,
Concession 1, of the Township of Pickering, the said lands and
premises comprising by admeasurement ~.96 acres be the same
more or less.
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED
in open Council this ~ ~. day of 1~?.
