WHERP;AS the Council o:t The Corporation of the
Township of Pickezin9 aoreed to close portions of cer~ain
road allowances in Concession 1 of the s~d Township
required by the Canadian >~ational 5~ailway Coral>any in
connection with %he by-pass constzuc~ed by it %brough the
westerly par~ of Conce~szon 1;

constructed and the Canadian Natxonal 1railway Company bas

m Pickerin9 convey to it the portions of Zne road allowances
abuttin9 the said Canadian Na~onal Railway Company by-pass;
