WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Township of
Picketing deems it desirable to amend the provisions of
By-law Number 3037, as amended;
NC~ THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town-
ship of Picketing ENACTS AS FOLIg~S:
A. SCHEDUI.~ 'A" ~ ~C~~ .ANENDMENTS
1. Schedules "A" and "C" of By-law Number 3037 be
and the same are hereby _~mended by altering the
Villa§e Zone "IP' designation in Lot 12, Concess-
ion 5, Co read Greenbelt-Conservation Zone
as shown on Schedules ~A' and 'B~ attached
hereto and numbered Al.
2. Schedules 'A" and 'C' of By-law Number 3037 be
and the same are hereby amended by altering the
G~enbelt-ConservaCion Zone 'G' designation in
Lot 12, Concession 5, to read P. ural Agricultural
Zone 'A' as shown on Schedules 'A~ and lB' attached
hereto and numbered A2; being established as a
line 125 feet west of and parallel to the West
limit, o£ o~wo~a Road. ¢o-wnencin~ approximately
2OO feet south from the South limit of
allowance for road as widened between Concesetona
5 and 6, and continuing southerly for a distance
of 2,000 feet more or less.
3. Schedules "A' and ~C' of By-law Number 3037 be
and the same are hereby amended by altering the
Greenbelt-Conservation Zone 'G' designation in
Lot 12, Concession 5, to read Rural Agricultural
Zone UA' as shown on Schedules 'A~ and ~B~ attached
hereto and numbered A3i being established as the
flood line as de~em£ned by the Nstropolitan
Toronto and Region Conservation Authori~y Flo~d
Line map - Duff in Creek Sheet N-tubers ? and
plus a 75 foot horizontal buffer.
B. That By-law Number 3037 be and the same is hereby repealed
and amended only to the extent necessary to give effec~
to the provisions of this By-law.
No part of this By-law shall come into [orce without the
approval of the Ontario Municipal Board~ bu~ subject to
such approval, the By-law shall take effect from the date
of passing thereof.
