BEING A BY-LAW TO M~END BY-LAW NUi. UBER 2520, as amended;
~,HEREaS the Council of The Corporation of the To~mship of
Picketing deems it desirable to amend the provisions of By-
law Number 2520, as amended;
NO¥~ THEREFORE, the Council of The 6orporation of the Township
of Pickering ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
A. SCHEDULE "A'~ AMENDMENTS
1. Sched~e "A" of By-law N~ber 2520 be and ~he same
is hereby amended by altering ~he One-Family De~ached
Dwelling Fo~h Density Zone 'R~' designation for
Lots 5 ~o 8, Plan 811; ~o read Waterfront Zone '03A'
as sho~ on Sched~e A a~ached hereto.
B. Tha~ By-law N~ber 2520 be and the same im hereby repealed
and amended only ~o the extent necessary ~o ~ive effect
~he provisions of ~hts By-law.
No par~ of ~his By-law mh~ll come into force withou~
approval o~ ~he Ontario M~icipal Board, bu~ subjec~
such approval, the By-law shall take effect from ~he day
of passing thereof.
