in the Second Concession as a public highway.
WHEREAS the lands herein a~e owned by The
Corporation of th~Township of Pic~zing and ir is deemed
expedien~ to dedicate the said lands as a public highway.
NDW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPOR~T ION
OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the lands described in Schedule "A" hezeto
annexed be and the same are hex'eby dedicated as a public
highway.
READ a First~ Second am~Third time and passed in
open Council this /~'Z~ day of ~-~-~ A.D. 1967.

ALL AND SINSULAR that certain paxcel or' tract of land and
premises situate lying and being in t~eTownship of Picketing,
in the County of Ontario and being composed of Part of Lot 26
in the Second Concession of the Township of Picketing, which
said parcel or' tract of land may be mox'e ~'ticularly descz'ibed
as follows:
00M~NCING at an iron bax' planted in the easter'ly limit of the
travelled road allowance between Lo~ 26 and 27 as opened by by-
law number 282 of the Township of Picketing, distant 752.40 feet
measured southerly theI'ealong fi'om the intersection of The last
mentioned limit with the southez'l¥ limit of the road allowance
between Concession 2 and 3 in the said Township;
THENCE NoI'th 75 degx'ees 41 minutes 10 seconds East, 10 feet
more or' less To a point in a line dzawn pam'allel to the said
easterly limit of the said travelled road and distant 10 feet
measured easterly at Iight angles therefr'om;
THENCE southeI'ly &long the said parallel line on a course of
South 16 degrees East, 551.91 feet more or less to a point in a
line drawn on a course of Noz~h 74 degrees East from a point in
the easterly limit of ~said travelled road, distant 552.20
feet meas~d southerly theI'ealono from the point of commencement~
