in Concession 2 as a public highway.
WHEREAS the lands herein are owned by The
Coxpoxation of the Township of Picketing and it is
deemed expedient to dedicate the said lands as a public
highway.
NOW THEREFORE TP~ GDUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF
THE TOWN~HIP OF PICKERING ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1, That the lands described in Schedule "A" hereto
annexed be and The sam~ are hereby dedicated as a public
highway.
READ a Fiist, Second and ThiId time and p~ssed in

ALL Ahl) SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land
and p~emises situate lying ar~t being in ih e Township of
Picketing, in the County of Ontario,and being composed of
part of Lot No. 30 in the Second Concession of the said
Township of Picketing, the said parcel being more
particularly described as follows:
PREMISING that the southerly limit of the said Lot No. 30
has a bearing of North 74 degrees 30 minutes 30 seconds
East and relating all bearings herein thereto, then
COS~NCING at a point in the said southerly limit of Lot
No. 30, distant easterly therealong 696.02 feet from the
south-west angle thereof;
T}~SNCE North 74 degrees 30 minutes 30 seconds East, along
the said southerly limit of Lot No.

THENCE North 17 degrees 17 minutes 50 seconds West along
the easterly lim~ of Lot No. 30 a distance of 17 feet
more or less to a point in the said easter ly limit distant

limit of said Lot 30;

with the southerly limit of the said Lot, a distance of 640.18
feet to a point;
THENCE South 16 degrees 49 minutes 10 seconds East, parallel
with the easterly limit of the said Lot,
