being a By-law to dedicate Fazt of Lot 17
in the FouzZh Concession as a public highway.
WHERF. AS the lands herein are owned by The
Cozpor'ation of the Township of Picketing and it is
deemed expedient to dedicate the said lands as a
public highway.
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORAT ION
OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the lands described in Schedule '~"
hexe~o annexed be and the sa~e axe hereby dedicated
as a public highway.
