Pickering deems it desirable to amid the provisions of
By-law N~ber ~O37, as amended;
NOW THE~FO~, the Co~cil of The Corporation of the To~ship
of Pickering ENAOTS AS FOL~S:
Ac TEXT A~NDl~NTS:
1. hhat Section 6.1.5 be and the same is hereby
amended, by adding thereto, Section 6.1.5.7 as
follows:
6.1.5.7 Part Lot lO, Concession 9
Notwithstanding the provisions of Section
6.1.2, the following property may be used
for the purposes of a dog kennel, in accord-
ance with Section 6.2.2:
All and Singular that certain parcel or tract
of land and premises, situate, lying and being
in the Township of Pickering, in the County o£
Ontario and Province of Ontario, and being
composed of part of Lot lO in the 9th Concession
in the said Township of Picketing and more
particularly described as follows:
Premising that the allowance for road between
Lots l0 and ll runs on a course of North 16
degrees West and relating all bearings thereto;
CO~NCING at a point in the West limit of
said Lot lO at the Northerly limit of the road
allowance between Concessions 8 and 9, as such
road allowance was widened by a conveyance to
the County of Ontario~ registered as Instrument
No. 958 for the Township of Picketing;
THENCE Northerly along the Westerly limit of
said Lot lO and North 16 degrees West a distance
of 332 feet 8 ½ inches more or less to an iron
pipe in the extremity of a fence line marking
the Northerly boundary of the lands hereby
conveyed;
THENCE North 78 degrees 26 ½ minutes East along
the line of a fence marking the said Northerly
boundary, a distance of 749 feet 6 inches to a
post;
THENCE South 14 degrees lO minutes East a
distance of 162 feet O inches to a standard
iron bar;
THENCE South 74 degrees 47 ½ minutes West along
a line of fence, 165 feet 3 inches to a standard
iron bar;
THENCE South 15 degrees 26 ½ minutes East,
feet i inch more or less to a point in the
Northerly limit of the road allowance between
Concessions 8 and 9 in the said Township as
widened, as aforesaid;

THENCE South 74 degrees 5~ minutes West along
the Northerly limit of the said road allowance
as widened, and being the Southerly limit of
the said property herein conveyed, a distance
of 575 feet 2 inches more or less to the point
of Commencement.
B. That By-law Number 3037 be and the same is hereby repealed
and amended only to the extent necessary to give effect to
the provisions of this By-law.
C. No part of this By-law shall come into force without the
approval of the Ontario Municipal Boards but subject to
such approval, the By-law shall take effect from the day
of passing thereof.
