being a By-law to dedicate Parts of Lot 35
in Range 2 fox' ~he widening of Port Union
Road.
WHEREAS the lands herein a~'e owned by The Corporation
of the Township of Pickerin9 and it is deemed expedient to
dedicate the said lands as a public highway.
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF Tiffs CORPORATION OF
THE TraNSHIP OF PICK~RING ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the lands described in Schedule "A" hereto
annexed be and the same are hereby dedicated as a public
highway.
READ a First, Second and Third time and passed in
open Council this .~a~- day ~f ,/~ A.D. 1967.

said Township, the boundaries of said parcel being described
