A By-law of the Corporation of
the Township of Picketing to
appoint members to the Township
of Picketing Committee of
Adjustment.
WHEREAS Messrs. David Lewington and E~gar Jame~ find
they are unable to serve on the Township of Picketing Committee
of Adjustment.
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Municipal Council of
the Township of Picketing that the members of the 1967 Township
of Pickering Committee of Adjustment shall be as follows, and
1. John Head From Jan. l, 1967 to Jan. 1, 1968.
2. Dennis Horsfield From Jan. l, 1967 to Jan. l, 1968.
3. M. Johnston From Jan. l, 1967 to Jan. l, 1970.
5.- ~ From June l, 1967 to Jan. l, 1~6~.
AND shall hold office until replaced by another By-law;
AND THAT the members of such Committee be paid $12.O0
per diem plus ten cents {10¢) per mile necessarily travelled in
this capacity.
AND THAT By-law 3233 be and that same is hereby repealed
in as far as it affects this By-law.
