Whereas provision is made for the establishment of a Cormnunity Centre in
Ontmrio under the Corm~unity Centres Act,R.S.O., 1961, and Whereas it is desired
to establish a Community Centre at Lots 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, and 14, Plan 678,
in the Township of Pic~ring.
The Municipal Council of the Township of Pickering enacts as follows:
That a Community Centre defined as GLENDALE PARK, be established under the
Community Centres Act, R,S.O. 1961, and the regulations thereunder, and that
the said Cormnunity Centre be administered by the following Board, duly appointed
for the year, 1967.

The said Community Centre shall be maintained as a Community Centre by the said
Board in conformity with the Act and Regulations made thereunder.
