A By-Law to establish a Community Centre at Bay Ridges
Whereas provision is made to establish a Community Centre in Ontario under
The Community Centres Act,R.S.O.,1961~ and Whereas it is desirable to
establish a Community Centre at BLOCK X, Registered Plan M-16 in th~ Township
of Pickering.
The Municipal Council of The Township Of Pickering enacts as Follows :
That a Conm~unity Centre defined as DOUGLAS PARK, be established, under the
Community Centres Act,R.S.O.,196], and the regulations thereunder, and that
the said Community Centre be administered by the following Board, duly appoin-
ted for the Year 1967.

The said Community Centre shall be maintained as a Community Centre by the said
