A By-Law of the Corporation of the
Township of Picketing to appoint
members to the Board of the Community
Centre at Block K, Plan M-17, at
Bay Ridges.
WHEREAS a Community Centre was established at Block K,
Plan M-17, Bay Ridges, in 1965 by By-Law Number 2999, under
the Community Centres Act, 1960;
THEREFORE the Municipal Council of the Township of
Pickering ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT a Community Centre defined as a Community
Centre under the Community Centres Act, 1960, and the regulations
thereunder, be administered by the following Board; for the year
1967:
James H. Cairns
John Duncan
John S. Henderson
Thomas Taylor
James Watts
J. R. Williams - Councillor
N. Waller - Councillor
AND THAT By-Law Number 3106 be and the same is hereby repealed.
