The Council of the Corporation of the Township of
Pickerin~ in accordance with the provisions of The
Planning Act R.S.O, 1960 as ~mended, h~rsby enacts as
follows:
1. The attached explanatory text, which
constitutes Amendment No. 4 to the
Official ?lan of the Township of
Pickerin~ Planning Area~ is hereby
adopted,
2. That the Clerk is hereby authorized
and directed to m~ke application to
the Minister of Municipal Affairs
for approval of the aforementioned
Amendment No. 4 to the Official Plan
of the Township of Picketing Planning
Area.
3. By-law 3252, which was adopted by
Council on February 18, t967~
adopting Amendment No. 4 is hereby
repealed.
4. This By-law shall come into force and
take effect on the day of the final
passin~ thereof.
