Township of Pickering to establish
water rates for Water Area Number 1.
WHEREAS R.S.O. 1960, C335, Section 27, Subsection 1 authorizes
a municipality to pass by-laws to establish water rates and
the payment of same;
AND WHEREAS resolution 312/64 granted a reduced water rate for
Industrial users;
AND WHEREAS Council meeting in Committee of the Whole on
November 14, 1966 authorized a further reduction in Industrial
Water Rates
1. BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED that the water rates for water area
number 1 shall be as follows:

2. Prompt payment discounts will be granted where applicable up
to the twentieth day of each month.

4. By-law Number 2499 is hereby repealed.
