BEING A BY-LA~ TO
WHEHEAS the Counell of The Corporation of the Township of
Picketing deems it desirable to amend the provisions of
By-law Number 303?, as amended;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Township
of ~Ickerlng ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
A. TEXT AMENDMENTS:
1. Thfit Section 6.1.5 be amended by adding thereto Section
6.1.5.6 as follows;
6.1.5.6 Part Lot 3~Concesslon 7
Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 6.1.2,
the following property may be used for the
purposes of the operation of a dog kennel, in
accordance with the requirements of Section 6.2.2,
Land and nremtses situate~ lying and being in
the Township of Picketing in the County of
Ontario, and being composed of part of Lot 33
in the Seventh Concession of the said Township
of ?lckerlng~ more particularly described as
follows:
Commencin~ at an iron bar planted at the northerly
limit of said Lot 33, distant 320 feet measured
westerly therealon~ from the north-east corner
of said Dot 33;
Thence south 16 degrees~ 35 minutes, 30 seconds
eas~ a distance of 1~297o07 feet to an iron bar
planted;
Thence north 7~ degrees west a distance of
~ feet to an iron bar planted in the line
of a post and wire fence;
Thence north 17 degrees l0 minutes ~0 seconds
wes--~long the line of said fence, a distance
of 503,5~ feet to an iron bar planted;
Thence continuing north 16 degrees 35 minutes
weS~ along the line of said fence a distance
of 578.56 feet to an iron bar planted;
Thence continuing north 15 degrees l~ minutes
~conds west alor~g the line,'of said fence
a distance of 215.12 feet to an iron bar planted
in the northerly limit of said Lot 33;
Thence easterly almng the northerly limit of
sa-~ot 33, a distance of ~32.25 feet, to
the point of commencement~
B. That By-law Number 3037 be and the same is hereby repealed
and amended only to the extent necessary to give effect to
the provisions of this By-law.

No part of this By-law shall come into force without the
approval of the Ontario Municipal Board, but subject to
such approvalj the By-law shall take effect from the day
of passing thereof.
