HomeMy WebLinkAboutBy-law 3263 THE CORPORATION OF THE TO%!NSHIP OF PICKERING BY-LAW NUMBER ,. ~ ~ ~ BEI~TG A BY LAW TO AUEMD BY LAW NUMBER 3037, as amended; ~MEREAS the Council of The Corporation of the Township of Picketing deems it desirable to amend the provisions of By-law Number 30~7, as amended; NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Township Cf Pickering ENACTS, AS FOLLOWS: TEXT AMENDMENTS 1. That Section 6.1.5 be amended by adding thereto Section 6.1.5.5 as follows: 6.1,5.5 Part Lots 27, 28; Concession ~ Notwlthstandln~ the provisions of Section 6,t.2~ the following property may be used for the purpose of the operation of a dog kennel~ in accordance with Section 6,2.2 and provision of closed accommodation~ satis- factory to the Township By-law Enforcement Officer. All and singular, that certain parcel or tract of land~ situate lying and being in the Township of Pickering~ in the County and Province of Ontario~ and being composed of that part of the nerth-east quarter of Lot Number 28 and the south-west quarter of Lot Number 27~ both in the eighth Concession of the said Township of Picketing described as follows: COMMENCIMG on the south limit of said Lot Number 28, where the same is intersected by the southerly limit of the lands of the Canadian Pacific Pailway Company; THENCE EASTERLY along the southern limit of the said south-east quarter of Lot Number 28 and the south-west quarter of Lot Number 27~ 1~059.96 feet more or less to the south-east an~le of the said south-west quarter bf the said LOt Number 27. THENCE NORTH along the easterly limit of the said south-west quarter of the said Lot Number 27, a distance of 1~008o~8 feet~ more or less, to the point where the said limit is intersected by the south limit of the said railway lands. THENCE in a south-westerly direction along the south limit of the said right-of-way of the said Canadian Pacific Railway Company 1~291.6 feet more or less to the place of beginning. That By-law Number 3037 be and the same is hereby repealed and amended only to the extent necessary to give effect to the provisions of this By-law. - 2 - No part of this By-law shall come into force without the approval of the Ontario Municipal Board~ but subject to such approval, the By-law shall take effect from the day of passing thereof.
