BEING ~ BY-LAV TO A~END BY-LAW DUM~BER 3036, as amended;
WHEREAS the Council of The Corporation of the Township of
Pickerln~ deems it desirable to amend the provisions of By-law
Number 3036, as amended;
~OW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Township of
Pickerln~ ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
A. SCHEDULE "A" AMENDMENTS
1. Schedule "A" of By-law 3036 be and the same is hereby
a~ended by alterinF the Public and Private Open Space
Zone '02' and One Family Detached Dwelling Third Density
Zone 'R3' designations in Part Lot 24, Concession 1
(south-east corner of Highway No. 2 and Dixie Road)
to read Storage and Light ~anufacturing Zone ~M1~
as shown on Schedule A attached hereto.
B. That By-law Number 3036 be and the same is hereby repealed
and amended only to the extent necessary to give effect to
the provisions of this By-law.
C. No part of this By-law shall come into force without the
aDgroval of the Ontario ~unicipa! Bosrd, but subject to
such approval, the By-law shall take effect from the day
of passing thereof.
