BEING A BY-LAW TO A~END BY-LAW NUMBER 3036~ as amended; WHEREAS the Council df The Corporation of the Township of Pickerin~ deems it desirable to amend the provisions of By-law Number 3036, as amended; MOW THFREFORE~ the Council cC The Corporation of the Township of Picketing ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: TEXT AMENDMENTS That Section 17 be sm%~nded by adding theretoa new Section 17.~ as follows: 17.~ EXEMPTION 17.~.1 Part Lot 33, Concession 1 Motwlthstandlng the foreMoing~ nothing in this Section shall prevent the erection of one single- family dwelling on the property hatched on Schedule~'~'' attached heretO, in compliance with the following: 17.~.1.1 ~TNo habitable floor area shall be below an elevation of ~10 feet; 17.~.1.2 No buildinM or structure shall be erected on~an~ land other than that area outlined as Restricted Bulldln~ Area, on the plan attached hereto as Sche~ule''A'. 17.~.1.3 No building or structure shall be located nearer than 65 feet to the centre llne of Sideline 32/33, or 40 feet from the west limit of Sideline 32/33~ whichever shall be greater; 17.~.1.4 Compliance with the provisions of Section 7.~. B. That By-law Number 3036 be and the same is hereby repealed and amended only to the extent neceasary tO give effect to the provisions of this By-law, C, No part of this By-law shall come into force without the approval of the Ontario Municipal Board~ but subject to such approval~ the By-law shall take effect from the day of passing thereof~ READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME this..........0~ ~ day of · .......~J~4 .(;~.c~.~ 1967.
