BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW ~N3MBER 3036, as amended;
WHEREAS the Council of The CorDoratlon of the Township of
Plckerin~ deems it desirable to amend .the provisions of
By-law Humber 3036~ as amended;
NOW THEREFOBE~ the Council of The Co~poration of the Township
of Picketing ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
SCHEDULE "A" AMENDMES~S
1· Schedule"A'~of By-law 3036 be snd the same is hereby
amended by altering the Rural Agricultural Zone 'A'
designation in Part Lot 18, Concession 1 (south-east
corner of HiEhway No. 2 and Brock Road) to read
General Commercial Zone 'C2' as shown on Schedule A
attached hereto,
B. That By-law ~umber 3036 be and the same is hereby repealed
an~ amended only to the extent necessaPy to Eive effect to
the provisions of this By-law.
C. No part of this By-law shall come into force without the
approval of the Ontario Municipal Board, but subject to
such approval~ the By-law shall take effect from the day
of passing thereof·
