BEIN8 A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NUMBER 2520~ as amended;
WHEREAS the Council of The Corporation of the Township of
?IckePing deems it desirable to amend the Drovlsions of By-law
Nu/uber 2520~ as amended;
NOW THEREFORE~ the Council of The Corporation of the Township of
Ptckerlng ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
TEXT AMENDMENTS
1. That sub-section (d) of Section 8.5 be and the same
is hereby deleted and the following inserted therefore:
(d) A professional Office shall contain only the
offices of a physielan~ dentist, lawyer~
architect, engineer, chartered accountant~ or
real-estate agent,
B. That By-law Number 2520 be and the same is hereby repealed
and amended only to the extent necessary to give effect to
the provisions of this By-law.
C. No part of this Dy-law shall come into force without the
approval of the Ontario Municipal Board, but subject to
such approval~ the By-law shall take effect from the day
of passing thereof.
