THE CORPORATION OF THE TOhq~SHIP OF PICKERING
being a By-law to dedicate Part of Lot 1,
Registered Plan 410 as a public highway.
WHEREAS the lands herein are owned by The Corporation
of the Township of Picketing and it is deemed expedient to
dedicate the said lands as a public highway.
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the lands described in Schedule "A" hereto
annexed be and the same are hereby dedicated as a public
highway.
READ a First and Second time this ~/~ day of
1967.
READ a Third time and passed in open Council this
SCHEDULE "A"
ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land situate
lying and being in the Township of Picketing in the County of
Ontario and being composed of part of Lot 1, Registered Plan
~0, more particularly shown as part of Part 13 according to a
plan filed in the Registry Office for the Registry Division of
the County of Ontario as Number 84 ~iscellaneous, the boundaries
of which are described as follows:
PREMISING that the southerly limit of the said Part 13 has a
bearing of North 72 degrees 33 minutes 40 seconds East, all
bearings herein are referred thereto;
COY$~NCING at a point in the southerly limit of the said Part
13 distant 240.00 feet measured westerly thereon from the
northeast angle of Part 14;
THENCE North 17 degrees 26 minutes 20 seconds West 10.00 feet;
THENCE South 72 degrees 35 minutes 40 seconds West, parallel
to the southerly limit of Part 13 and distant 10.00 feet
northerly therefrom, 220.00 feet;
THENCE South 17 degrees 26 minutes 20 seconds East, 10.00 feet
to the southerly limit of Part 13;
THENCE North 72 degrees 33 minutes 40 seconds East, along the
southerly limit of Part 13, 220.00 feet to the POINT OF
CO~%~NCEMEI~.

the Township of Picketing, do hereby certify that the
attached is a true copy of By-Law No. ~244 , duly
