A By-law of the Corporation of The
Township of Pickering to appoint
members to the Township of Picketing
Planning Board.
BE IT ENACTED by the Municipal Council of The Township of
Picketing that the members of the 1967 Township of Picketing
Planning Board shall be as follows:
1. Dave Lennox to December 31, 1967
2. Rex Merritt to December 31, 1967
3. Hubert Wank to December 31, 1968
Kenneth MacIlvride to December 31, 1968
B. Lowe to December 31, 1968
6. to
7. to
J. L. McPherson to December 31, 1967 Council
9. C. W. Laycox to December 31, 1967 Council
AND shall hold office until replaced by another by-law.
AND THAT the members of such Board be paid $ %2 per
~t90~\ . , plus ten cents (10~) per mile necessarily travelled
in this capacity.
AND THAT By-law Number 3084 be and the same is hereby repealed
insofar as it effects this by-law.
